INTRODUCTION

Introid Inc. has the necessity for material that includes key information about their services and products. In order to properly promote their system AIVAT to potential clients, this material was commissioned as .pdf files, slide presentations and presentation cards.

GOAL

Unify the image of corporate material, this one being presentation cards, project presentation sheets and power point slides.

Reference

The material was based on the image of the existing website for Introid Inc. The color palette was extracted from this design and the corporate material needed to follow the same feeling of space and cleanliness in order to create a unified image and support the idea of a strong brand. The use of colors was limited to follow similar ones to the logo, black and gray as to not distract from the information being presented, and the shapes to use were simple ones, prioritizing the layout even more as to make the material have an organized image.

Even though the preferred color for the background was a clear one, there usage of a dark blue in certain occasions was permitted to emphasize contrast and the seriousness characteristic of Introid Inc.

PRESENTATION CARDS

This cards were designed to be printed onto plastic with the same size as a bank debit card. The application to be used is called Tapni and the point of it is to tap the card against a mobile device (a cellphone) so people can be linked to a digital profile containing contact information. On top of it, the Tapni card can also be accessed through a qr code that is included at the reverse of the card just in case the tap functionality doesn’t work correctly with a specific cellphone.

PROJECT PRESENTATION SHEETS

Sometimes clients need a much more detailed presentation for the projects at hand, and in this case, the option is to send them a .pdf file through an email that can further explain and clear out any of their questions. The .pdf includes graphics and images to complement the new information given.

POWER POINT SLIDES

Initial power point slides were made by people who weren’t involved with design practices, so there was a need to replace previous designs with ones more in tune with the general image that the business was trying to push. An entire presentation on the business and the star product was made, all including placement of images, photos, graphs and even videos that were on par with the information that was gonna be presented to clients. There were other presentations designed later on, which had a focus on certain features of the product, in order to have a more specific way to show it to future clients.
